OVERVIEW

Built a B2C marketplace where sellers drop items in physical smart lockers and buyers pick them up on their own schedule. The hard part was keeping locker availability, seller handoffs, and buyer retrieval in sync across roles. I owned the permission model and the concurrent booking logic.

HOW IT'S BUILT

Flutter with Clean Architecture. Riverpod for checkout and role state. GoRouter for deep links and route guards. Supabase backend with Edge Functions for payment gateways. Careful handling of locker locks and edge cases around availability.
